Home Inventory
A home inventory is a detailed list of the personal property located within your home. You should also include property that you have stored elsewhere, perhaps in a storage area or a garage on the premises. Your list should include your furniture, jewelry, artwork, antiques, appliances, kitchen contents, clothes, carpets, drapes, computer equipment, television sets, CD players (and other audio or audiovisual equipment), musical instruments, clocks, mirrors, linens, lawn mowers, tools, sports equipment, and any other items of value.

A home inventory from Digital Home Inventory includes all the above including video, digital pictures, printouts and a database inventory of your possessions delivered in a portfolio with an accompanying CD/DVD.

Rental Walk-Through
Whether you’re the landlord or the tenant, the purpose of a rental walk-through is to document the condition of a rental property. A walk-through can be done prior to occupancy or at its conclusion. A rental walk-through done by Digital Home Inventory includes a video walk-through of the property, digital photographs of any anomalies and a notarized statement witnessing the condition of the property and statements made on the stated date.

Estate Inventory
An estate inventory is geared towards assisting in probate or the establishment of a trust. Depending upon the situation, it can be used to value an estate or to designate who property is to be transferred to. An estate inventory from Digital Home Inventory includes video, digital pictures, printouts and a database inventory of the estate delivered in a portfolio with an accompanying CD/DVD.

Moving or Storage Inventory
A moving or storage inventory is a detailed list of your personal property located in a storage facility or moving van. Your list should include your furniture, artwork, antiques, appliances, kitchen contents, clothes, carpets, drapes, computer equipment, television sets, CD players (and other audio or audiovisual equipment), musical instruments, clocks, mirrors, linens, lawn mowers, tools, sports equipment, and any other item of value you are having moved or stored.

A moving or storage inventory from Digital Home Inventory includes video, digital pictures, printouts and a database inventory of your possessions in a portfolio with an accompanying CD/DVD.

Asset Verification
Asset verification is the documentation of a specific item or items. It also can involve the documentation of a location after a disaster has occurred. Depending upon the exact situation, an asset verification performed by Digital Home Inventory can include video, digital pictures, printouts and a database inventory of the item or items verified delivered in a portfolio with an accompanying CD/DVD.

Small Business Inventory
A small business inventory is a detailed list of the property located at your business. You should also include property that you have stored elsewhere, perhaps in a storage area or elsewhere on the premises. A small business inventory from Digital Home Inventory includes video, digital pictures, printouts and a database inventory of the items on-site delivered in a portfolio with an accompanying CD/DVD.

Seasonal Updates
Items stored out-of-season may be difficult to access at the time an inventory is conducted. For example, if the inventory is completed in the summer, the homeowner may prefer not to pull out an extensive collection of Christmas decorations. Likewise, an inventory completed in the winter may not include outdoor furniture that is normally displayed in warmer weather. At Digital Home Inventory, we provide a service to return and include these items in an update when they are displayed to individually and photographically detail them.
